We are excited to introduce My Pay – a new pay package for drivers who run on our Regional and Team Fleets.

MyPay is simple and easy to understand. Interstate rewards drivers who go the extra mile for Safety, Customer Service, and have exceptional performance.

Per Diem

  • Pay Period is Sunday through Saturday midnight on all delivered loads

TEAM PAY

Team pay just increased at Interstate Distributor Co.

Are you and your team driver looking for a place to belong? Interstate’s Team Division is committed to the personal success of each Team.

Pay for Performance – earn up to an additional 3 CPM each month
Starting April 1, 2013 our Teams will add to their pay each month. Interstate Teams will have the chance to earn an up to an additional 3 CPM to split on all paid miles driven in a month. The Team Performance Pay pays out during the 3rd week following a qualifying month. Drivers are eligible the 1st of the month after they are hired or after a non-qualifying month.

To qualify each month:

  • Be accident and incident free for the month
  • Have no driver caused service failures

The Bonus Payout:

  • Earn 1 CPM = drive 17,500 paid miles in a month
  • Earn an additional 1 CPM = drive 21,000 paid miles in a month
  • Earn 1 CPM = Maintain less than 12% idle and 95% Fuel Compliance for the month


REGIONAL /
OTR JOBS

11 Western Regional:

  • Earn up to .36 CPM when you have a minimum of one year experience
  • Average miles per week: 2000-2200
  • Running Area: West of Denver
  • Home Time: 10+ Days (1 day off per week out)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


Northwest Regional
:

  • Earn up to .36 CPM when you have a minimum of one year experience
  • Average miles per week: 2100-2300
  • Running Area: Washington and Oregon
  • Home Weekly: 5 days average (34-48 hrs. off)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


Canadian Regional
:

  • Earn up to .36 CPM when you have a minimum of one year experience
  • Average miles per week: 1900-2100
  • Running Area: OR, WA, BC
  • Home Weekly: 5 days average (34-48 hrs. off)
  • $50 extra pay for crossing the border (each way)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


Rotational
:

  • Earn up to .36 CPM when you have a minimum of one year experience
  • Average miles per week: 1800-2100
  • Running Area: West of Denver
  • Home Time: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off or 6 Days On / 3 Days Off
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


Solo Reefer
:

  • 12 months reefer driving experience as high as 0.37/mile
  • Travels 11 Western, but runs 90% on the I-5 corridor
  • Home Time: 10-14 days (1 day off per week out)
  • Average miles per week: 2300-2500
  • Drivers are credited up to 3 years of verifiable OTR experience


Kansas City Regional
:

  • 12 months driving experience as high as 0.40/mile
  • Average miles per week: 2000-2200
  • Running Area: CO, KS, MO, OK, TX, TN
  • Home Weekly: 5 days average (34-48 hrs. off)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


Midwest Regional
:

  • 12 months driving experience as high as 0.40/mile
  • Average miles per week: 2000 - 2200
  • Running Area: MO, IL, IN, OH, PA, KY, TN, GA, SC, NC
  • Home Weekly: 5 days average (34-48 hrs. off)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


US East
:

  • 12 months driving experience as high as .38/mile
  • Average miles per week: 2300-2500
  • Hiring/Running Area: East of Denver
  • Home Time: 10+ Days (1 day off per week out)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 4 years of verifiable OTR experience


Teams
:

  • 12 months driving experience as high as .47 s/p
  • Average miles per week: 5000
  • Home Time: 21+ Days (1 day off per week out)
  • $20/load for all Hazmat loads (Hazmat endorsement is preferred)
  • Drivers are credited up to 3 years of verifiable OTR experience
