Responsibilities:
- Develop effective relationships with regional customers
- Leverage a deep understanding of regional customers businesses needs
- Document and maintain reports on regional customer service
- Solicit customers to maximize profitable business opportunities
- Coordinate communication to meet customer expectations and meet utilization needs
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or a combination of 1-3 years of education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of customer service related experience and/or training
- Experience communicating with customers using the telephone
- Knowledge of D.O.T., equipment requirements, Safety issues, and Hazardous Material
- Knowledge of the transportation industry, preferred
- Knowledge of geographic locations with the ability to understand time and distance factors
- Ability to work with a variety of other departments
- Demonstrates above average organizational skills to effectively handle multiple priorities with short deadlines
