Interstate Distributor Co. offers you and your family health insurance beginning the first of the month following your hire date. The healthcare plan includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage. The cost is only $31.87 per week for employee coverage, $57.74 per week for employee and dependants, or $69.28 per week for family coverage. There is an additional fee for tobacco use.

Get a routine physical and take an online health risk assessment and you'll save $50 a month. Take advantage of the smoking cessation program to save even more! Free prescription drugs or over-the-counter smoking cessation products are available through your prescription drug benefit.
Life, Accidental Death, Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
Additional supplemental plans are available through Unum Life Insurance Company. Coverage is effective the first of the month following your hire date.
